Please note that we would prefer an EFT payment into our account, or you can make use of our card facility available at school. Please do not send any money with your child or in the communication book. We do not accept any responsibility for money that gets lost or stolen.
Required enrollment documents
All pages of the enrolment form must be completed, signed and submitted with the following supporting documents:
- Copy of both parents / legal guardian’s ID documents / birth certificate
- Copy of immunisation records (clinic card).
- Proof of Residence
- Copy of ID of person/s nominated to pick up child
Above is for person nominated to pick up your child from school. We will only allow a child to leave the premises if that person is on the list of authorized persons and we have his/her ID on file.
